Terms of Service
Updated 8 September 2026
1. These terms
These terms cover the Jar website (jarassist.stream), the streamer dashboard, support pages, OBS widgets, the Discord bot and Jar Assist.
By creating an account, inviting the bot or using the dashboard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Jar is
Jar is a set of tools for streamers: a support page, stream widgets, a Discord bot, Twitch connection and Jar Assist for clips from a stream.
Viewer donations go to the streamer's Monobank jar. Jar is not a bank and takes no fee from those payments.
Jar may separately offer paid features (Jar Assist, Chips credits, a subscription). Those payments go to us, not to the streamer's jar.
3. Account
Dashboard accounts are for people 18 or older. You are responsible for the data you enter and for access to your account.
You can delete the account in settings. After deletion the page, donation history in Jar, webhooks and Discord / Twitch connections stop. Payments already in the jar are not reversed by Jar.
4. Donations and fees
Jar takes 0% from a donation. Card, jar or Monobank fees follow their rules, not ours.
The streamer is responsible for the jar, payment comments, minimum amount, the goal, and how a nickname and message appear on stream.
Taxes and reporting are the streamer's responsibility. Jar is not a tax advisor and is not a party to any deal between streamer and viewer.
5. Discord bot
You can invite the Jar bot from the dashboard. Commands /donate, /goal, /top, /live and /help show public data from the streamer page linked to that server.
Donation posts and going-live alerts go only to channels the dashboard owner picked. Do not invite the bot to a server where you cannot manage integrations.
Bot use must follow Discord's terms. No spam, fake fundraisers or impersonation.
6. Twitch, OBS and other services
Twitch, Monobank and OBS browser sources are optional. Their rules also apply.
Keep overlay links private: anyone with the URL can see the widget. Jar does not guarantee third-party APIs.
7. Content
Your page, nicknames, messages, alert media and custom HTML are your responsibility. Do not post illegal content, content that exploits minors, fraud, or anything that violates other people's rights.
Jar may hide a page, disconnect the bot or delete an account after a complaint, a breach of these terms, or a legal request.
8. Intellectual property
The Jar name, logo and interface belong to us. You keep rights to your content and grant Jar a license to show it in the service (page, widgets, Discord, analytics) while you use Jar.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that every payment will appear in an alert, that Discord or Twitch will always respond, or that there will be no downtime.
To the extent allowed by law, Jar is not liable for lost donations, reputation, data or profit due to an outage, a blocked jar, a bad nickname or a third-party action.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. If changes are material, continued use after the update date means you agree to the new version.
